We offer free shipping on all orders above a certain amount. You can choose a parcel service for delivery. We select the best, most reliable, and safest option to get your order to you.

How to Track?
Once your order has been received, our team will keep you updated on the shipping process, taking local restrictions into account. If you have a specific request, please add it to the ORDER NOTES during checkout or contact our team at info@scapaworld.com.
How to Exchange?
Our return & exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or free exchange.
A. Return Eligibility
- Items must be in impeccable condition and include the original packaging.
- You are responsible for your own return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted.
- Partial refunds may be granted if items show clear wear & tear beyond a standard fit & verify routine.
B. Exchange Eligibility
- Items must be in impeccable condition and include the original packaging.
- You are responsible for your own return shipping costs.
Return & Exchange Process:

2. Use your preferred shipping company.
3. Ship your items in the original packaging (including your shipping receipt) to:

Exceptions: Gift cards and some health & personal care items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds will be processed within 15 days after the returned item has arrived.
