Track your order

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number and link to the courier. To track your order at any time, simply click the link.

The courier service delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours and you cannot pre-book delivery times. The courier will try to deliver your order for two consecutive working days, leaving a notification each time with contact details. Undelivered parcels will be returned to our warehouse.

In case you have chosen to have your parcel delivered in a pick-up point, you will receive an email to let you know that your order has arrived there. You have 10 days to pick up your parcel, after that period your parcel will return to our warehouse.

In case you have chosen to have your parcel delivered via Mondial Relay or free of charge in one of our brand stores, you will receive an e-mail to let you know that your order has arrived in our store. You have 10 days to pick-up your parcel, after that period your parcel will return to our warehouse.
