Normally, you can choose a parcel service to have your goods delivered. The current #coronacrisis made us choose for free deliveries, whilst we can select the best, most reliable and safe option to get it to you. As every company faces new challenges to provide you & keep you safe, we also limit sending orders, reducing it to 2 transport moments every week and safe handling.
4. HOW TO TRACK ?
Normally, we would automatically generate a track and trace code for you, but as we are currently hindered by the international lockdowns, some sending might ship without a track and trace. Rest assured, we only work with reliable and safe partners.
As soon as your order has been received, you will be kept in the loop by our team about when it ships and how, taking local restrictions and policies into account.
5. HOW TO RETURN ?
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from SCAPAWORLD.COM. If you are not happy with an item you have purchased, we will gladly accept an exchange or refund request. You have 15 days to return your order, from the moment of ordering. return costs for exchanges are waved.
